The program is dedicated to a maximum number of 20 professionals from the cultural field, with at least novice experience (minimum 2 years) in cultural projects, organizations or institutions, regardless of their position or role in these initiatives.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

The format and content of the program is designed for those who already have a basic knowledge of project management, cultural programming, financing and event organization and want to deepen and explore new ways of thinking in context and cultural programming with a focus on innovative, contemporary artistic content .<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

The training program is intended for professionals in the cultural field and is designed in the form of 3 main modules: two in the form of workshops and one in the form of masterclasses, supported by Romanian artists from different fields – visual arts, theater, dance, literature, cinematography.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

The mentoring course is dedicated to a number of 5 participants from the training program; in order to benefit from mentoring, a commitment to participate in the training program is required.
