The Cultural Mediation Forum organized by the Cluj Cultural Center creates a context for meeting and exchange between cultural mediators and supports the development of practices centered on an authentic relationship with the public. Mediere Culturală+, the Forum’s satellite program, comes to complement the theoretical, methodological and policy discussions and explorations of the central event with a series of meetings with a strong practical dimension, where we explore working models, tools and projects that inspire us.

Organized monthly, the workshops are facilitated by facilitators who aim to share with the participants quality practical experiences that can open essential discussions and can be viewed as learning resources.

The 2021 edition of the Cultural Mediation Forum proposed an exploration of the encounter between arts and sciences in the practice and theory of their communication, of cohabitation in the approaches of educators, artists and managers. More than 300 teachers, educators, artists, cultural managers and science communicators attended the event. The first Cultural Mediation+ workshops follow the theme of intersections between art and science in the practice of cultural mediation.

Participation is free, based on prior registration. If the facilitators impose a maximum number of participants, the organizers will make a selection based on the profile and motivation to participate.
